Our COVID-19 Protocols For Pet Owners

NOW SEEING IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

Our team members are taking every precaution to make our animal hospital a safe place for pets and people–and we need your help too! See below for how you can help make this transition as safe as possible for everyone.

For those who would rather stay cozy and safely distanced in your car, carside appointments are still available! Please let us know if you prefer this option and a team member will come out to you and your pet.

HERE ARE THE STEPS WE NEED YOU TO FOLLOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF WHEN YOU Make an Appointment WITH US:

1. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE

For your well-being and that of others, please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms. In the case of a pet emergency, please call our hospital so we can help you figure out how to handle the situation in the safest and quickest way possible.

2. MASKS OPTIONAL

Following CDC guidelines, masks are now optional. We ask that you use your best judgement when deciding to wear a mask, and please be respectful of others and their decisions. If you would like a mask and do not have one, please let us know and we can provide you with one.

3. HELP US STOP THE SPREAD OF HARMFUL GERMS

We are doing our best to ensure everyone is safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. Our team members will be sanitizing the exam rooms and other areas of contact, and we ask that you try to maintain a distance from team members and other clients as much as possible.
