AAHA Accredited

AAHA-ACCREDITED VETS IN KENOSHA, WI

Becoming an AAHA-accredited animal hospital is not a one-and-done deal. To obtain (and maintain) accreditation with the American Animal Hospital Association, a veterinary practice must undergo rigorous training, evaluation, and modification to meet or even exceed AAHA’s tremendous standards. Furthermore, the practice needs to consistently perform up to standard in every aspect in order to remain accredited. Why would we choose to take on this challenge? Simple—you and your pet deserve the very best treatment at every visit, and our accreditation ensures we provide that level of care always.

WHAT IS THE AMERICAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION?

The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) was founded in 1933 and remains the only accrediting institution for small animal veterinary practices throughout North America. To accommodate the rapid advances in animal medicine, AAHA is flexible and remains at the forefront of the latest developments and discoveries in the field. Taking on the accreditation process is a challenge that few animal hospitals are willing to face—only about 15% of all veterinary practices in the US are accredited.

In short, AAHA accreditation encourages animal hospitals to operate on a higher level and reach their fullest potential on a daily basis.

Thank you for the passionate care you gave my cat. My mom brought Larry in to be put down because I couldn’t do it. This was his first visit. Larry had leukemia and his health was getting worst. we called yesterday and had appointment the next day. Although they never met him before, they treated him like one of their own. Thank you.”
